Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

  • Analyse et reporting
  • Collecting, structuring and analyzing commercial and industrial data
  • Produce dashboards to track sales, inventory, and product performance
  • Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Participate in the development of forecasts and supply plans
  • Business development & prospecting
  • Participate in prospecting for new clients, suppliers or partners
  • Industrial monitoring & manufacturing coordination
  • Ensure the traceability and archiving of documents related to orders, samples and manufacturing.
  • Document management and internal communication
  • Ensure the filing, archiving and updating of product files
  • Facilitating communication between the sales, logistics and production departments
  • Excellent mastery of the Office suite, particularly Excel (reporting, pivot tables, automation)
  • Good knowledge of Power BI and data analysis tools
  • Understanding the footwear market and its trends
  • Good understanding of industrial processes (manufacturing, sourcing, quality)
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulousness, and analytical mind
  • Team spirit and good interdepartmental communication

Desired Candidate Profile

Main mission:

  • Ensure coordination between the sales, marketing and production teams to guarantee consistency between product development strategy, sales performance and industrial monitoring in collaboration with the Brand Manager
  • The coordinator acts as a bridge between the field and production, analyzing market needs, monitoring product manufacturing, and contributing to the implementation of development plans.
