Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As Coordinator Vendor Operations, you will monitor and optimize vendor performance across our food vendors, local shops and tMart verticals, with a direct focus on reducing delays and cancellations. You will leverage data analytics to build performance dashboards, track core KPIs, and implement solutions for operational issues.
- Restaurant Performance Data Analysis & Reporting.
- Ensures & improves the restaurant s operation and increase the order acceptance rate, reduce vendor delay through understanding/analysing key data.
- Implement new configurations to support operations.
- Identify causes of operational issues as well as symptoms, diagnosis, and cure.
- Collaborative problem solving with many different stakeholders in the business: Account management, Training team, Driver operations etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree.
- 2-3 years experience in operations or logistics. food/grocery tech industry is highly desirable.
- The ability to quickly adapt to new environment and systems so you can hit the ground running.
- A highly organized and detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
- Advanced Excel and Data Interpretation Skills (Pivots/Spike Analysis/VlookUp/XlookUp)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
