Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Reception Duties
Welcome members and guests with professionalism and warmth, ensuring an excellent first impression.
Manage front desk operations including check-ins, guest registration, appointment scheduling, and
phone/email handling.
Provide accurate information about club services, amenities, marina logistics, and events.
Maintain lobby and reception area cleanliness and presentation.
Support concierge-related functions and liaise with relevant departments for guest requests.
Retail Sales Duties
Assist customers with purchases of club-branded apparel, accessories, and lifestyle goods.
Maintain product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell merchandise effectively.
Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately and securely.
Maintain boutique cleanliness, inventory organization, and visual merchandising standards.
Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and restocking as required.
Support the planning and promotion of retail activations, sales campaigns, and product launches.
Safety, Quality & Environment
Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure employee
safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental
attitude.
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of department s systems,
processes and practices considering international best practice , improvement of business processes, cost
reduction and productivity improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements:
Qualification and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
- 2 4 years of experience in front office, guest services, or luxury retail environments.
- Experience with POS systems and guest-facing platforms.
Skills
- Excellent customer service and multitasking skills.
- Salesmanship and product knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with high grooming and presentation standards.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
