Roles & Responsibilities

What s On Your Plate?

  • Coordinate with the Rider Recruitment Team to support rider hiring in the assigned zones and ensure hiring targets are met.

  • Provide support to walk-in riders, addressing their inquiries and guiding them through the onboarding process.

  • Review, verify, and validate applicants documentation to ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.

  • Conduct face-to-face interviews with applicants as part of the selection process, assessing rider quality including behavior, appearance, professionalism, and presentation.

  • Maintain organized records and archiving of rider documentation to ensure proper tracking and accessibility.

  • Coordinate with the Training Team to schedule and facilitate rider training sessions in the assigned zones.

  • Manage rider account activation and ensure successful onboarding completion.

  • Handle inventory management, including issuance and return of rider equipment, while conducting quality checks and maintaining accurate records.

  • Manage rider resignation processes, including collecting returned inventory, verifying financial clearance, and completing document handover.

Desired Candidate Profile

What Did We Order?

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration management or any other related field.

  • 0-2 Years of full time experience in data-entry and customer service.

  • Flexibility

  • Ideally experience in customer experience

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Fluent in both languages Arabic and English

  • Communication skills (Written and Verbal)

  • Excel Skill
