Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What s On Your Plate?
-
Coordinate with the Rider Recruitment Team to support rider hiring in the assigned zones and ensure hiring targets are met.
-
Provide support to walk-in riders, addressing their inquiries and guiding them through the onboarding process.

Review, verify, and validate applicants documentation to ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.

Conduct face-to-face interviews with applicants as part of the selection process, assessing rider quality including behavior, appearance, professionalism, and presentation.

Maintain organized records and archiving of rider documentation to ensure proper tracking and accessibility.

Coordinate with the Training Team to schedule and facilitate rider training sessions in the assigned zones.

Manage rider account activation and ensure successful onboarding completion.

Handle inventory management, including issuance and return of rider equipment, while conducting quality checks and maintaining accurate records.

Manage rider resignation processes, including collecting returned inventory, verifying financial clearance, and completing document handover.

Bachelor's degree in business administration management or any other related field.

0-2 Years of full time experience in data-entry and customer service.

Fluent in both languages Arabic and English
