Roles & Responsibilities

Summary of tasks

  • Coordinate daily tasks relating to the script department workflow with internal and external stakeholders
  • Schedule and assign scripting tasks
  • Ensure all documentation required by client are prepared and submitted on time and within specs
  • Prepare departmental reports required by Accounting and Operations.

Role Overview

Masreya Media is looking to hire a dynamic and proactive coordinator in the Dubbing Script Department who is responsible for coordinating with translators, adaptors, Masreya Media department. Review layout, timecoding and QC of dubbing scripts specifications. This is an important dubbing pre-production role.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Very good command of English, written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Quality and detail oriented.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office (Other tools are a plus).
  • Minimum 1-5 years experience in a similar job role.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
