Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Task Description:

  • Manage the tool storage and provide directions to the team designated for tool control management.
  • Responsible for tool storage and ensure that all tools available in stores are in serviceable condition in accordance with the GACA regulations.
  • Manage the tool storage and provide directions to the team designated for tool control management.

  • Monitor and ensure all the tools and test equipment are calibrated at the defined intervals.
  • Have progressive relationship with maintenance shift Managers to improve stores approach and support Line maintenance activities.
  • Control and manage periodic QA Audit visits.
  • Control and manage tools stores activities relating to storekeeping, tools handling, handling techniques, tools segregation, storage condition, packaging, shelf-life control, calibration program control, data integrity, health and safety etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Technical Diploma or equivalent
  • Logistics Management Skill Course, Dangerous Good Regulations (IATA)
  • General Familiarization Airframe and Engine manufacturers
  • 2 to 5 Years working experience Airline/MRO/Aerospace industry
  • Ability to hold the appropriate police security clearance required for the role
