About the role
We are looking for a talented and versatile Copywriter (Arabic + English) to join our Product Design team. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering content across marketing and product surfaces including push notes, CRM campaigns, and in-app banners. You will also help refine Careem s tone of voice across digital experiences and campaigns.

What you'll do

• Write persuasive, concise, and brand-aligned copy for marketing and product use cases
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, marketers, and engineers to deliver cohesive content experiences
• Lead efforts in copy reviews, content QA, and refinement for product and campaign rollouts
• Contribute to building scalable content systems and guidelines
• Adapt content rapidly to shifting business needs across verticals like Q-commerce, ride-hailing, and food

What you'll need

• 1-2 years of experience in UX writing or digital copywriting, ideally with e-commerce or Q-commerce apps
• Mastery of English grammar, tone, and brevity
• Portfolio showcasing product-facing content, especially app interfaces and CRM work
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with rapid turnaround needs
• Experience with CRM platforms, push notifications, and banner content
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Figma or design collaboration tools
