Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Write marketing content: Create compelling copy for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media ads, and other marketing materials.
  • Communicate technical information: Translate complex software features into clear, easy-to-understand language that highlights benefits for the customer.
  • Craft TOVs, captions, descriptions, headlines, etc. meticulously designed at every step of the user funnel to generate a lead (acquisition) and/or persuade others to act in a specific way (activation).
  • Conduct thorough and constant research of competitor strategies.
  • Coin bespoke words to differentiate the company from its competitors.
  • Coordinate the review process with legal, compliance, and growth stakeholders, and incorporate the necessary feedback.
  • Support in copy conception and development for other offline campaign channels, if/when needed.
  • A/B test and optimize keywords and phrases for the best results.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure brand and campaign consistency.
  • Optimize for SEO: Use search engine optimization techniques to improve visibility and drive traffic using transactional keywords.
  • Analyze and refine: Track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the copy and make data-driven improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in copywriting (SAAS experience is a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and formal Arabic (Gulf areas dialects is a plus).
  • Proven experience in content writing or SEO copywriting for technical b2b products, including engaging content for email campaigns, product updates, and websites.
  • Familiarity with the scope of marketing technology and tools (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and SaaS industry trends.
  • Ability to adjust tone of voice to different content types (top, middle and lower funnel)
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage multiple projects
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality copies.
