Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. To provide guests with a pleasant, efficient and professional service in accordance with Four Seasons standards
2. Answer all calls in a pleasant way using the name of the internal or external customer, and by connecting them with the desired extension according to their request.
3. Make and follow up on wake-up calls for hotel guests.
4. Manage requests for "Do Not Disturb", occupied positions, call transfers, call holds, calls on hold, Diverts (diversion of calls from one room to another), COS, NCOS7 and connections to voicemails.
5. Know how to organize a Call conference.
6. Coordinate special telephone requests for clients whether in their room or in the meeting room.
7. Assist customers with their local, national or international calls.
8. Invoice customers in the meeting room for the opening of telephone lines, fax and internet access.
9. Act in the event of an emergency or security situation in the hotel.
10. Inform a supervisor or manager of customer complaints and comments and make appropriate efforts.
11. Provide support for the integration and training of new employees and assist them in their tasks.
