Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Offrir aux clients un service agr able, efficace et professionnel conform ment aux standards Four Seasons
2. R pondre tous les appels de mani re plaisante en utilisant le nom du client interne ou externe, et en mettant en relation avec le poste d sir en fonction de sa requ te.
3. Faire et effectuer le suivi des appels de r veil pour les clients de l h tel.
4. G rer les demandes des Ne pas d ranger , des postes occup s, des transferts d appels, des mises en attente, des appels en attente, des Diverts (d rivation des appels d une chambre une autre), des COS, des NCOS7 et des mises en relation avec les messageries vocales.
5. Savoir organiser une conf rence Call.
6. Coordonner les requ tes t l phoniques sp ciales pour des clients que ce soit dans leur chambre ou en salle de r union.
7. Assister les clients dans leurs appels locaux, nationaux ou internationaux.
8. Effectuer la facturation des clients en salle de r union concernant les ouvertures de lignes t l phoniques, fax et acc s internet.
9. Agir en cas de situation d urgence ou de s curit dans l h tel.
10. Informer un superviseur ou responsable des plaintes et commentaires clients et faire les efforts appropri s.
11. Apporter un appui l int gration et la formation des nouveaux employ s et les aider dans leurs t ches.
