Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Core Banking Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation of our core banking system, Temenos T24. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation project, configuring the system, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the core banking implementation project, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

2. Configure the Temenos T24 system, including setting up parameters, workflows, and user access.

3. Gather business requirements from stakeholders, analyze, and document them.

4. Design and propose solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with the core banking system's capabilities.

5. Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the system meets business requirements and is free from defects.

6. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.

7. Manage stakeholders, including project sponsors, business users, and technical teams.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in core banking implementation, preferably with Temenos T24.

2.Strong knowledge of core banking systems, project management, business analysis, and testing.

3. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

4. Temenos T24 certification, project management certification (e.g., PMP).
