Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide technical support for cloud native telecom core infrastructure.

  • Operation of cloud based and virtualized core network platforms supporting CS and packet services.
  • Oversee operation and maintenance of core network systems to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Support deployment, integration, and lifecycle management of Huawei UDM, IMS, and Packet Core solutions.
  • Manage software upgrades, patches, and vendor releases while minimizing customer impact.
  • Ensure reliable delivery of voice and data services, including VoLTE and 5G services.
  • Troubleshooting of major incidents and guide root cause analysis and service restoration.
  • Support network evolution initiatives, including virtualization, 4G and 5G Core (SA/NSA).
  • Support reliable delivery of voice and data services, including legacy CS services and packet-based services such as VoLTE and 5G.
  • Define and maintain high level operational processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Support knowledge transfer and capability building for local teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong experience in telecom core networks, covering CS and PS domains.
  • Proven background in cloud-based or virtualized core network environments.
  • Hands-on exposure to Huawei core network solutions, particularly UDM, IMS, and Packet Core.
  • Experience in operations, maintenance, and service assurance of live mobile networks.
  • Solid understanding of 4G/5G architectures and telecom standards.
  • Extensive experience in mobile core networks and cloud infrastructure.
  • Vendor certifications (Huawei Core / Cloud) are an advantage.
