Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify, target, and develop relationships with corporate clients to promote Engineering Tracks training and e-learning solutions.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sale account management.

Conduct needs assessments and consult with clients to tailor training programs that meet their organizational objectives.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to key decision-makers within client organizations.

Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements in alignment with company policies.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of training solutions to clients.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand the company s corporate client base.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

1-5 years of experience in corporate sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the training, e-learning, or education sector.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques and client relationship management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions.

Willingness to travel or attend client meetings as required.
