Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive all Board of Directors and General Assembly processes, from coordination to documentation and minutes
Ensure robust corporate governance through accurate legal records, filings, and regulatory compliance
Act as a key interface with legal advisors, notaries, and government authorities
Oversee trademarks, contracts, renewals, and centralized legal documentation across entities
Supervise facility operations and service providers, ensuring quality standards across all sites
Manage administrative support teams (drivers, reception, housekeeping, and janitorial staff)
Oversee employee insurance administration and related services
Desired Candidate Profile
5 8 years of experience in corporate affairs, legal coordination, or administration (multi-entity exposure is a plus)
Strong understanding of Lebanese corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
High level of organization, ownership, and attention to detail
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and fast-paced environment
Fluency in Arabic and English (French is an advantage)
