Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
TASKS
Product & Solution Selling
- Promote and sell Corporate credit card solutions and associated value-added services to eligible Corporate customers and entrepreneurs
- Clearly articulate Corporate card value proposition, pricing, limits, repayment options, benefits, and eligibility requirements aligned to Corporate needs
- Support customers through application, documentation, approvals coordination, onboarding, and activation of cardholders
Internal Coordination & Governance
- Work closely with internal teams (credit, risk, operations, product, onboarding) to ensure smooth deal execution and turnaround times
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and KYC/AML standards for Corporate onboarding
Market & Portfolio Development
- Stay informed on Corporate market trends, competitor Corporate card offerings, and small-business customer needs to refine targeting and sales approach
- Identify portfolio growth levers (spend campaigns, onboarding journeys, activation calls, cross-sell into additional cardholders / supplementary cards)
- Provide structured feedback to product and management teams to support continuous improvement
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New Corporate credit card customers acquired
- Approved-to-booked conversion rate and onboarding turnaround time
- Activation rate (cards activated / cards issued) and active spend volume
- Portfolio health: retention, reactivation, delinquency quality (as applicable), and growth in active accounts
Skills & Competencies
- Arabic & English Speaker
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with Corporates
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert Corporate opportunities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present Corporate card value and simple business cases to business owners
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
Desired Candidate Profile
Relevant experience:
- 4 6 years of experience in Corporate banking, Corporate payments, or retail/Corporate cards sales within banking, financial services, fintech, or payments
- Proven track record selling Corporate credit cards (business credit cards) to Corporates, entrepreneurs, and small_x0002_business owners through acquisition and portfolio growth
- Strong understanding of Corporate customer needs (cashflow, working capital, expense management), credit fundamentals, and card-based value propositions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Mandatory requirements:
- Drive new Corporate credit card acquisition through proactive prospecting, referrals, pipeline management, and targeted market / segment outreach
- Identify Corporate customer needs and position appropriate Corporate credit card propositions (rewards, cash-back, expense controls, limits, installment features, digital onboarding)
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to portfolio growth, activation, spend utilization, and revolving/instalment balances (where applicable) Build and maintain a healthy Corporate cards pipeline, tracking leads from origination through approval, onboarding, and activation
- Own end-to-end sales and relationship management for Corporate credit card customers, including acquisition, onboarding support, activation and post-sales usage growth
