Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEIZE s corporate communication strategy to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Manage media relations, ensuring proactive engagement with press, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation of press releases, speeches, publications, and digital content.
  • Lead internal communication initiatives to foster alignment, transparency, and employee engagement.
  • Manage crisis communication planning and ensure timely, consistent responses.
  • Oversee social media, website, and digital platforms to ensure accurate and consistent messaging.
  • Track and report on communication effectiveness using KPIs such as media coverage, audience reach, and engagement levels.
  • Provide communication support for strategic projects, partnerships, and public events.
  • Ensure that all communication materials reflect SEIZE s semi-government status and alignment with Vision 2030.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field (Master s preferred).
  • Experience: 6 10 years in corporate communications, PR, or media management, ideally in semi-government or consulting organizations in KSA/GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of media landscape, government relations, and stakeholder management in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Experience in digital communication and social media management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage crises.
  • Proven track record in building corporate reputation and handling high-profile communication initiatives.
