Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute a cohesive corporate communications strategy aligned with organisational goals.
- Lead all external communications, including press releases, media engagement, thought leadership and crisis communications.
- Oversee internal communications to ensure consistent messaging, employee engagement, and cultural alignment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on communication matters, reputation management, and brand positioning.
- Manage digital communication channels, including website content, social media presence, and corporate announcements.
- Build strong relationships with media, industry bodies, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor communication performance, media coverage, and brand sentiment, providing insights and recommendations.
- Ensure all communications reflect the organisation s values, tone, and strategic direction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in corporate communications, PR, or strategic communications roles working internationally.
- Significant experience working in the global Oil & Gas sector.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Strong media relations experience and confidence acting as a company spokesperson when required.
- Ability to work cross functionally and influence at senior levels.
- Strategic mindset with a hands on approach to delivery.
- Experience managing communication during periods of change or transformation is highly desirable.
- Proactive, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure.
