Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze EFQM reports and map findings against KAQA Excellence Model to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Translate observations into improvement projects aligned with EFQM/KAQA criteria and monitor implementation.
• Develop and implement an internal framework for corporate excellence.
• Review, improve, and update excellence-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct awareness workshops on EFQM and KAQA and prepare internal communications on excellence.
• Provide guidance to management and staff on applying excellence models and frameworks.
• Prepare clear technical proposals aligned with the scope of work requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in MIS, Business Administration, Quality Management, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in organizational/corporate excellence.
• Professional qualifications and certifications in Corporate Excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong understanding of organizational excellence frameworks (EFQM, KAQA).
• Fluent in Arabic and English (Arabic mandatory).
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
