Corporate Financial Advisor is responsible for guiding companies through the process of going public. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial planning, capital markets, and regulatory compliance to help navigate the complexities of a public listing.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with 5-7 years of experience. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Relevant certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) are highly desirable.
