Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To ensure ABK s compliance with disclosure & transparency, related party and conflict of interesting policies.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in preparing/amending the policies & charters required by CBE Code of Governance for Egyptian Banks .
- Referring to Head of CG for taking preventive measures against the potential occurrence of conflict of interest incidents
- Assist in preparing ABK s Corporate Governance End Year Report
- Assist in preparing BOD & Management committees quarterly Reports & CBE semi- annual Reports.
- Assist in reviewing reporting lines and job descriptions to ensure proper segregation of duties and no conflict of interest
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Certification/Experience
- Minimum of 3 years banking sector experience.
- Experience in compliance and solving regulatory compliance issues.
- Knowledge of ABK s services, regulatory compliance practices & procedures.
