Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

To lead and grow long-term, high-value relationships with strategic corporate accounts in the Optical business across Amico Group markets. The role ensures the achievement of sales and profitability targets by product and business line, supports regional coordination, and drives account development initiatives that align with the Group s commercial strategy.

Role Summary:

A strategic, corporate-level role responsible for managing and developing Amico s key optical accounts across the Group. The position plays a critical part in driving cross-market growth, enhancing customer partnerships, and ensuring consistent performance and profitability across assigned key accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive key account performance across markets, ensuring achievement of sales, profitability, and product-line targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with senior decision-makers across Group-level accounts; understand complex client needs across markets and provide tailored, scalable solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for corporate-level accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and managing regional coordination where applicable.
  • Identify cross-border opportunities and collaborate with in-country sales teams to implement strategic growth plans.
  • Align account development plans with the Group s overall business strategy and regional dynamics.
  • Monitor account performance and market trends across multiple countries; propose and execute tactical adjustments where needed.
  • Coordinate with marketing, business development, customer service, and logistics to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations at the corporate level, ensuring alignment with profitability goals and customer expectations.
  • Track and report on market share, competitive activity, customer feedback, and KPIs across assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular strategic business reviews with key accounts and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • 8 10 years of experience in the Optical business, with proven success in key account or commercial management roles
  • Experience managing corporate or multi-country customer relationships
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Willingness to travel across markets as needed
