Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate all types of contracts clients, ensuring company's interests are well protected at all times.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings and Handling court cases for commercial and labor issues.
  • Examine the legal issues related to our products and services.
  • Provide legal advice and device creative solutions on all aspects of our business operations and interests.
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders in resolving complex legal and commercial issues by continuously researching and keeping abreast of practices and development to ensure maximum protection of company s interests.
  • Find innovative solutions to serve and protect the business needs in complex and/or challenging deals and transactions.
  • Work with other members of the legal team on special projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in law

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, Appeal lawyer (is preferred)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic, with the capacity to draft comprehensive documents in both languages.
  • Strong ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels in the organization, including at the governance and regulator levels.
  • Attention to details.
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Excellent in Microsoft office
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to meet agreed with deadlines and work under pressure.
