Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents in Arabic and English.
  • Ensure company activities comply with Egyptian commercial, labor, and corporate laws.
  • Represent the company before governmental entities and regulatory authorities when needed.
  • Handle external legal procedures and coordinate with third parties.
  • Maintain and update the company s legal records, permits, and licenses.
  • Handle legal disputes, settlements, and claims efficiently.
  • Monitor legislative changes that may affect company operations.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
  • Execute delegated legal tasks as directed by the Legal Affairs Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in law from an accredited university. (2015 to 2020 Graduate)
  • Very good experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably within manufacturing, export, or industrial sectors.
  • Excellent command of Arabic language (written and spoken) with advanced legal drafting skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian laws, regulations, and corporate compliance requirements.
  • Good command of English (reading and writing).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Membership in the Egyptian Bar Association.
  • Living near or able to commute to Sheikh Zayed, Beverly Hills.
