Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal agreements.
Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
Support company formation, restructuring, and corporate governance activities.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and memoranda.
Assist clients with compliance and risk management requirements.
Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and external stakeholders when required.
Support due diligence exercises and corporate transactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred.
Strong contract drafting and legal research skills.
Good understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
Must be currently based in Muscat, Oman.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
