Job Description: Corporate Sales Specialist

Position Overview

The Corporate Sales Specialist will play a critical role in expanding WellGrow Academy s presence in the corporate training and education market. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting WellGrow Academy s portfolio of training programs and solutions to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for corporate training programs.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential corporate clients through research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, HR/L&D departments, and business leaders to understand training needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals customized to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with the training and operations team to ensure seamless program delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and update CRM with accurate client data and progress reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent WellGrow Academy at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 2 3 years of proven experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or training & development solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate training and education industry in Egypt and the region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
