Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and close corporate accounts (hotels, events, corporate travel).
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain CRM records and weekly activity reports
  • Prepare proposals and basic quotations
  • Attend client meetings, present tailored travel solutions and negotiate contracts.
  • Follow up on leads and hand over operations to internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and report weekly to management.
  • Mentor and support junior sales staff during field activities.
  • Work closely with the Marketing & Sales Manager to align sales activities with company strategies and targets.
  • 2 5+ years in travel or corporate sales (B2B-travel industry preferred).
  • Ambitious, presentable and customer-focused
  • Proven ability to meet targets and close deals.
  • Professional presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication in English & Arabic.
  • Comfortable with regular external meetings and travel

About the role:
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Senior Corporate Sales Executive to represent Neptune Tours externally attending meetings with companies, closing B2B deals and managing key accounts. This is a field role: you will spend significant time meeting clients outside the office and drive business growth.
