Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up on customer complaints and ensure proper handling.
- Manage the order process from receiving the order until delivery.
- Follow up on samples, shipping, and ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Monitor customer credit and ensure timely payments.
- Report market updates, competitor activities, and prepare daily sales reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree (preferably Industrial Engineering or a related field).
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Teamwork skills.
