Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose

The structure of this statement should be :

Section Three: Key Responsibilities

3.1

Corporate Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify and target corporate clients that align with the company's offerings.
  • Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with qualified prospects.
  • Customize solutions based on client needs and present tailored proposals.
  • Close deals and onboard new clients in line with company processes.

3.2

Relationship Management & Client Retention

  • Develop long-term relationships with key corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Schedule regular check-ins and follow-ups to assess evolving client needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries, concerns, or feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Encourage referrals and upsell opportunities through trust-based relationships.

Outbound Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Drive outbound sales efforts to meet or exceed set monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Strategically plan sales visits and calls across Dubai and Northern Emirates.
  • Present company services effectively to decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing while maintaining company profitability.
  • Document all sales activities and update CRM tools regularly.

Market Research & Industry Networking

  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and client demands.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the leisure, hospitality, or educational sectors.
  • Attend industry events, expos, and networking sessions to represent the brand.
  • Gather market insights to support strategic planning and product development.
  • Share competitive intelligence with the team to stay ahead in the market.

Report & Performance Analysis

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and deals closed.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for review with management.
  • Analyze performance data to refine sales approaches and strategies.
  • Monitor key KPIs such as lead conversion rate, average deal size, and client retention.
  • Collaborate in setting realistic targets and action plans based on historical data.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

  • Source and qualify leads through market research, referrals, and networking.
  • The segment leads by potential value and priority to optimizing sales efforts.
  • Monitor and update the sales funnel regularly for visibility and planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted lead generation campaigns.
  • Track conversion rates and refine outreach strategies accordingly.

Educational qualifications (Minimum educational background required to execute the role)

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Additional certifications in Sales, CRM, or Negotiation are a plus

Relevant experience (Type/ Nature and years of relevant experience required to execute the role)

  • 2 to 3 years of outbound sales experience in the Leisure, Hospitality, or Education industry
  • Experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably with a focus on building long-term partnerships
  • Strong familiarity with UAE market dynamics and client behaviours
  • Prior experience in incentive-driven roles preferred

Industry Exposure

  • Strong exposure to Edutainment, Education, Leisure, or Hospitality industries
  • Knowledge of market landscape across Dubai and Northern Emirates
