Position Overview
First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a UAE National Corporate Sales Manager to join its Global Markets Sales team. The role focuses on originating and distributing cross-asset GM solutions to corporate clients, deepening client relationships, and delivering on sales and revenue targets while ensuring compliance with FAB s regulatory and governance standards.

What You ll Do

* Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, originating sales opportunities across GM products and achieving revenue targets
* Provide cross-asset class coverage including FX (options), Money Markets, Credit (Repo, bonds), Interest Rate Derivatives, Commodities, Equities, and Islamic products
* Build long-term relationships with corporate clients through regular engagement, advisory, and solution-oriented strategies
* Partner with internal stakeholders including product, coverage, and enablement teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
* Maintain compliance with FAB s policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in all sales activities
* Escalate client, operational, or monetary-impacting issues promptly to management
* Represent FAB s global brand and contribute to a culture of integrity, innovation, and collaboration
* Support strategic projects, mentor trainees or interns, and contribute to team-wide initiatives

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting, Economics, Banking, or Financial Management (professional certifications preferred)
* 10 15 years of experience in financial markets, ideally in Corporate Sales within Global Markets
* Strong technical expertise in risk valuations, XVA pricing, RAROC, and cross-asset sales
* Proven track record of achieving sales revenues and managing high-value client portfolios
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with ability to engage at senior levels
* Team player with experience collaborating with regional and global stakeholders
* Ability to work under pressure in high-volume environments while maintaining accuracy and compliance
