Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients within assigned sectors.
  • Conduct prospecting activities, meetings, and presentations to generate qualified leads.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored commercial proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to understand their business needs.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize account value.
  • Handle client requests, coordinate with Operations, and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Track account performance and identify opportunities for renewals and expansions.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, activity logs, and updated client records.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Support the preparation of RFP s, presentations, and promotional materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, business or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of Holiday packages experience in travel industry.
  • Excellent English level - Fluent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry, including key players and market dynamics.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
