Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand of the corporate client base.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports on achievements against targets.
  • Monitor daily activities and sales performance of the team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and training to team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit detailed performance reports to senior management.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the remittance or financial services industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal skills and proficiency in Power point presentation skill
