Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand of the corporate client base.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports on achievements against targets.
- Monitor daily activities and sales performance of the team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and training to team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit detailed performance reports to senior management.
- Communicate insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the remittance or financial services industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication, interpersonal skills and proficiency in Power point presentation skill
