Roles & Responsibilities
Visit partner companies to Explain Halan products to employees & distribute salary advance cards to employees.
Ensure the smooth and efficient understanding Halan products and distribution of salary advance cards.
Maintain and nurture positive relationships with partner companies to foster ongoing collaboration and support.
Address any issues or concerns that arise during selling / Card distribution process providing excellent customer service for both employees and partner companies.
Collect feedback from employees and partner companies to improve selling / card distribution process as overall experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery on time and availability of salary advance cards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or any related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
