Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in corporate sales in the insurance industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards achieving their targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- High integrity and professionalism in handling client relationships and business dealings.
