Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in corporate sales in the insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards achieving their targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • High integrity and professionalism in handling client relationships and business dealings.
