Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Corporate Services Officer plays a key role in supporting clients with end‑to‑end company formation, regulatory compliance, structuring, and ongoing corporate administration across UAE jurisdictions. This role contributes directly to ensuring seamless regulatory execution, accurate documentation, and exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end‑to‑end company incorporation across UAE mainland, free zones, and ADGM/DIFC.
Prepare and submit applications, forms, and required documentation to relevant authorities.
Coordinate with government entities for approvals, licensing, and renewals.
Prepare corporate documents including board/shareholder resolutions, POAs, MoAs/AAoAs, and share transfer documents.
Maintain statutory records, registers, and compliance files for clients.
Ensure compliance with UAE commercial laws, AML requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing queries promptly and professionally.
Assist in providing guidance on UAE regulatory obligations and best practices.
Support with market entry advisory, jurisdiction selection, and structuring recommendations.
Coordinate with PRO teams on visa processing, immigration, labour, and other government matters.
Track and manage timelines for renewals, attestations, amendments, etc.
Work closely with legal, compliance, accounting, and mobility teams to deliver integrated corporate solutions.
Maintain accurate document control and CRM records.
Prepare status and progress reports for internal and client updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience within corporate services, company formation, PRO services, governance, or compliance in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE free zones (ADGM,DMCC, DIFC,DAFZA, RAKEZ, JAFZA) and mainland requirements.
Proficient in preparing corporate documents, regulatory forms, and compliance filings.
Strong understanding of UAE corporate and immigration frameworks.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Strong communication and client‑facing abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Problem‑solving mindset with proactive task ownership.
