Corporate Tax Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Corporate Tax Specialist with over 2 years of experience in corporate taxation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax laws, and supporting tax planning strategies to optimize the company s financial position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review corporate tax returns in compliance with local tax regulations.
• Assist in tax planning and advisory to minimize tax risks and exposures.
• Support in handling tax audits and responding to inquiries from tax authorities.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly and annual tax declarations.
• Review and reconcile tax balances, provisions, and payments.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate tax reporting.
• Maintain proper documentation and records to support tax filings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate tax compliance and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax laws, VAT, WHT, and other applicable taxes.
• Experience in preparing Form 41, tax returns, and withholding tax reports.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
