Roles & Responsibilities
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Travel Consultant role based in Dubai, UAE. The Corporate Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel requirements for corporate clients, including booking travel arrangements, handling reservations, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional duties include tracking travel expenses, resolving any travel issues professionally, and adhering to client-specific travel policies and budgets to ensure customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating tailored travel solutions for corporate clients
Expertise in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including managing flights, accommodations, and itineraries
Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences
Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Minimum 3yrs experience as a corporate travel consultant is a must
Knowledge of relevant travel regulations and industry standards
