Job Summary:

The Corrugator Printing Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining large industrial corrugator and printing machines used in the production of corrugated cardboard sheets and boxes. The role ensures efficient production, quality output, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate corrugator and flexographic printing machines to produce corrugated cardboard.
• Set up machines, including feeding paper rolls, adjusting printing plates, inks, and slotting dies.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Adjust machine settings for different sizes, designs, and print requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery.
• Maintain proper ink levels, adhesives, and raw material supply.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational procedures.
• Record production data, machine performance, and quality reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Printing Technology preferred.
• 25 years of experience operating corrugator or printing machines.
• Knowledge of flexographic printing and corrugated packaging processes.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read job specifications and production drawings.
• Good attention to detail and quality control.
• Physical stamina to work in an industrial environment.

Working Conditions:

• Manufacturing/industrial plant environment.
• Exposure to noise, heat, and moving machinery.
• Shift-based work, including night shifts if required.
