Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales by actively engaging customers, providing personalized product recommendations, and demonstrating cosmetic applications to meet individual needs and preferences.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies, including upselling, cross-selling, and promotional campaigns, contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering loyalty to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock of products, monitoring expiry dates, and coordinating with the supply chain to minimize stockouts and wastage, maximizing sales opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and meet or exceed performance expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
