Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Calculate and analyze operating costs at cost center level and investigate cost variances.

  • Monitor and analyze production waste and scrap costs on actual production orders and recommend corrective actions.
  • Participate in the preparation of financial feasibility studies for investments, expansions, replacements, and lean manufacturing projects.
  • Provide technical recommendations for cost reduction initiatives and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Monitor daily and monthly production order closing, analyze closing issues, and cost variances.
  • Control and analyze raw materials, labor, manufacturing overheads, and production pricing variances.
  • Manage and analyze inventory movement, turnover, slow-moving, and obsolete items, and perform periodic and annual stocktaking.
  • Create and maintain cost centers and sub-warehouses on the Oracle ERP system and ensure accurate financial mapping.
  • Prepare analytical reports related to production efficiency, inventory, and cost performance to support management decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Commerce (Accounting).

  • Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment is required.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong experience with Oracle ERP system.
  • Power BI experience is preferred.
  • Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
