Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Cost & Budgeting

  • Review Monthly Review of the warehousing & Distribution SG&A and settle the deviations with Finance.
  • Perform periodical calculations of stock holding cost and ensure updates.
  • Audit on cash balances and custody periodical for appropriate compliance.
  • Participate in yearly warehousing & distribution Budgeting.

Expenditure Control

  • Audit Cash Vouchers presented by the operations supervisors.
  • Revise all maintenance quotations and renovations for final approval.
  • Plan appropriate petty cash for the supervisors. (Permanent/temporary) according to cash flow.
  • Revise all distribution cost-related items like diesel, tires repair, maintenance, tolls and tariffs, etc

Management Reporting

  • Prepare, analyze and submit Monthly KPIs needed by the management.
  • Report any cost deviation or over expenditure in the operational expense vouchers.
  • Report periodically for all Assets/tools/tires audits.
  • Report monthly for the whole distribution activities executed and its costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor s degree in finance or a relevant field is strongly preferred
  • Able to generate budgets and reports
  • Degree in Engineering with specialization in Project Management or Cost Control related training.
