Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Have background more than 3 years in manufacturing or agriculture field .
- Analyze and monitor production costs, variances, and margins for all agricultural operations.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to management for strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, processes, and controls to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and finance teams to track inventory and production expenses.
- Conduct regular audits of cost records and recommend process improvements for cost efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities related to agricultural production.
- Review and reconcile inventory valuations, ensuring alignment with actual stock and usage.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing accurate cost data and analysis.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement best practices in cost management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to cost accounting.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in cost accounting, preferably within the agriculture or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in cost accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of inventory management and production processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
