Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and analyse cost data related to agricultural operations.
- Implement effective cost control strategies.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements across the organization.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cost accounting systems and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in cost accounting or a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills
