Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Collect and analyze cost-related data associated with factory/manufacturing operations, ensuring the maintenance of an accurate and up-to-date expense database.
Analyze fixed and variable costs and review standard costs versus actual costs to ensure cost accuracy and effective cost control.
Prepare comprehensive budget reports and provide monthly and annual cost forecasts to support financial planning and budgeting processes.
Identify time- and resource-intensive activities and provide practical, data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Support management in financial decision-making aimed at increasing profitability and enhancing the efficiency of industrial/manufacturing operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5 7 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting methods and variance analysis
- Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines
