Roles & Responsibilities

Costing & SAP Operations

  • Participate in monthly cost closing activities using SAP S/4HANA.
  • Monitor and analyze production orders, process orders, and Product Cost Collectors (PCCs).
  • Perform standard cost updates and track cost variances, including purchase price variance (PPV) and usage variances.
  • Monitor Work in Process (WIP) and perform regular settlements.

Cost Control & Reporting

  • Support preparation of cost allocation cycles, overhead rates, and internal order postings.
  • Extract and analyze cost center and profit center data from SAP.
  • Assist in preparing monthly cost reports, variance explanations, and production summaries.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with production, planning, and warehouse teams to validate material consumption, yield, and waste.
  • Support improvement initiatives related to cost accuracy and data reliability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably CO Module S/4HANA or ECC).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, functions, data models).
  • Experience with Power BI for analytical dashboards is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in the food manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
