Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and documentation.
Analyze costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Conduct internal cost audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Evaluate production/material changes to determine cost impact.
Prepare detailed cost and profitability reports.
Monitor job orders, manufacturing cycles, inventory, and fixed assets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Commerce or Accounting.
3 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in FMCG or manufacturing).
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
Leadership mindset and ability to multitask effectively.
