Oversee and manage all aspects of cost accounting processes, including cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for manufacturing and product lines.

Develop and implement cost control procedures to ensure optimal use of resources and maximize profitability.

Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.

Collaborate with production, procurement, and inventory teams to monitor and control material, labor, and overhead costs.

Lead month-end and year-end closing activities related to cost accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to senior management to support strategic business decisions.

Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to address discrepancies and improve cost efficiency.

Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance cost tracking and reporting capabilities.

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Train and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
