  • Identify cost overruns, trends, and potential deviations, and provide early warnings to project management.

  • Support project management in cost-to-complete and cash flow projections.

Change & Claims Management

  • Evaluate Mechanical scope changes, Variation Orders (VOs), and additional works.

  • Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Contracts teams to assess cost impacts.

  • Maintain accurate register of approved and pending changes for cost tracking.

Cost Systems & Tools

  • Ensure alignment with Technip's cost control procedures and ADNOC cost governance requirements.

Interface & Coordination

  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, and Contracts for updated cost data.

  • Participate in cost review meetings with ADNOC, Management, and Project Controls teams.

Required Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and financial interpretation skills.

  • Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling, and progress measurement systems.

  • Excellent command over mechanical construction scope in LNG or major oil & gas EPC projects.

  • Capable of working under pressure and tight reporting deadlines.

  • Strong communication and technical reporting skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

  • PMP, CCP (AACE), or relevant certification is an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
