Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop procurement & operation budgets for all projects above SAR 20M
  • Standardize cost estimates for projects above SAR 20M in all KCG companies, including the Service Cluste
  • Review and evaluate variation orders (VOs) for accuracy and compliance.
  • Create project cash flows to support bank financing requirements and company-level cash management (including in/out payment plans)
  • Coordinate with cost control for ongoing monitoring and cost claims evaluation
  • Tender Team: Comparison of updated budgets versus actual costs upon project completion
  • Procurement Team: Measurement of procurement-driven savings.
  • Operations Team: Tracking of actual savings, categorized into:
    • Operational budget savings
    • Procurement savings
    • Actual operational execution savings

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

  • 1 civil engineer with at least 10 years of experience in project Estimation, Tendering, and Technical Procurement
  • 1 Electro-Mechanical engineer with at least 10 years of experience in project Estimation, Tendering, and Technical Procurement

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Team collaboration and stakeholder engagement

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in budgeting and cost Estimation tools
  • Strong understanding of construction cost structures and procurement processes.
