Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze project requirements and prepare budget estimations
  • Monitor and track project costs to ensure they align with the project budget
  • Identify and report any potential cost overruns in a timely manner
  • Develop and implement cost-saving measures to maximize project profitability
  • Create financial reports and present them to senior management
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to optimize resource allocation
  • Evaluate and compare supplier and vendor contracts, bids, and proposals to ensure the most cost-effective options are selected
  • Use cost forecasting and monitoring tools to anticipate future expenditures
  • Ensure all cost-related activities comply with company policies and legal standards
