Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement cost control systems and procedures to monitor and reduce operational expenses.

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly food and beverage costs, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

Collaborate with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Monitor and audit inventory transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Work closely with kitchen and service teams to optimize menu pricing and portion control.

Conduct regular audits of supplier invoices and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Train staff on cost control best practices and foster a culture of financial accountability.

Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate cost data and analysis.

Continuously review and improve cost control processes to enhance operational efficiency.
